Are you accessing HubSpot Academy directly or is it indeed in some way embedded in another page (e.g. an internal elearning tool, intranet, wiki)? If so, you would have click the provided link, log in again, continue the assignment there.

Do you have a screenshot for this? If you’re logged into the same portal, the browser you’re doing this in shouldn’t matter. There might however be a delay until HubSpot recognizes the complete exercise, this is not unusual.
