A new feature was released to help create inbound exemptions for areas where we do not want inbound or outbound calls to be recorded. Unfortunately, the feature currently only allows U.S. states to be specified individually. It would be helpful if Canadian provinces could also be selected as exemptions.
Because we cannot currently exclude specific Canadian provinces, we are still unable to enable automatic call recording on our end.
