I am using Zoom integration to schedule a Zoom meeting with my contacts.
1. I can see the Zoom meeting in Calls list after the meeting but ‘Call → Contacts’ is empty so it is not showing at Contacts’ activity tab.
2. To see Zoom meeting at Contact’s activity, I need to make the assoication between call and contacts at Calls manually.
3. The strange thing is that the assocation is made automatically in my another accont so I can see the ZM recording at Contact’s activity tab. I compared the configurations between theses 2 accounts but I couldn’t find it.
Can any one advise on this, please?
@Psirus_Kim The Zoom to HubSpot integration can sometimes have problems identifying contacts. This can happen when people join a Zoom meeting without having a Zoom account logged in, for example. In these cases, HubSpot can’t sync that meeting to the contact’s record. To avoid this, you can make it so that people have to sign in to their Zoom accounts before joining meetings. But this might put some users off joining.

I made several test calls and all the participants were logged in before joining Zoom meeetings. However, the calls are still not associated with any contacts… What might be the sources of the issue?
The strange thing is that my colleague has his own dev hubspot account and the issue is not reproduced in his account. We compared all the configurations but they are the same.
