Call booked goal after entry to workflow

I am trying to create a goal in a workflow based on a call booked. Those entering the workflow have potentially already had a call but the workflow goal is to re-nurture them to a stage where they book another one.

My understanding that is using meeting booked as a goal would exclude contacts before entry and what I’d like to do is reference meeting booked after date of entry into the workflow but I don’t see that as an option.
Does anyone have a way of doing this that doesn’t require a custom field to be created in order to recognize the workflow entry date to use? (I am separately working to keep contact fields clean so I would prefer to avoid this method if possible.)

Hey @AJacob, thanks for reaching out! This is a great question.

While there isn’t a way to configure the goal respective to the date of enrollment, you can refine the goal criteria by date. Here’s how that looks:

Click “Refine by Date”

Configure it to “Is less than 1 day ago”

Now, instead of unenrolling the contact as soon as here’s a known submission on the respective HubSpot Meetings link, HubSpot will remove the contact only if they’ve submitted the HubSpot Meetings link less than 1 day ago (this is the shortest timeframe you can set).

This will definitely be the best first step before trying a custom property workaround. Hope this helps!!
