I´m Reinaldo a new user in Hubspot, in our company we are using calendly to book meetings with the calendly integration.
To correctly assign deals to the pipelines we are using in the main workflow contact is associated to any activity and meeting name is known. The issue is that this triggers don´t allow me to reengage contacts, so when our contacts try to book a new meeting the workflow is not activated. We use setter and closer setup in the sales team, so we need to update properties and move the deal to pipelines, or at least create new deals.
We are using zapier as well to assign the contact updated owner but we can´t find to correct trigger to enable reenrollments.
Any idea on this?
