Hello,
I recently added the Calendly plugin to my HubSpot account. My Calendly form is simple, just Name, Email and a box for notes. I have set myself up as a dummy account and tested this. Confirmed it is working and shows up in my contact profile under activity. I have also named the first 3 Hubspot Question properties.
We have a Hubspot Score property and I want to score specifically on any meetings that come through Calendly. It is not showing up in any of the filter types. I was hoping it would show up under the forms activity but since we do not have the Calendly plan that includes forms, it’s not there.
How can I add this to my lead scoring?
Thanks
Hi @Chris_Mural -
What I have typically found is that the most effective way to do most things like this with the Calednly Integration is to use the Meeting Title. Look for the contact to be associated with an activity that contains (phrase in your calendly meeting title.) This applies to both lead scoring and workflows.
Thanks for the response Trevor. I just went through your suggested process and my test contact was still not being scored.
@Chris_Mural - Interesting. Let me test on my end as well. Could you post a screenshot of your scoring setting?
@Chris_Mural -
I admit this workaround is a bit of a hack but it works.
First I created a number property called Calendly Meeting Counter. Then, I created this workflow:
Then I added this setting to my scoring property:
I booked a meeting with Test Calendly in the Meeting Name and got this score:

Hope this is helpful!
