Hi. I need the ability for multiple people to book at the same time. This is a soft booking not a hard one.

Can an this be done?

Unfortunately HubSpots meetings I believe don’t have this feature. You might try looking at Acuity or Calendly which does and then use Zapier to sync that info over to HubSpot?

Zapier is internet glue basically, it helps to connect one application to another. With Zapier you build “Zaps” to send information from one application (Calendly, Acuity, etc.) to HubSpot.
