Calendar not working for clients

hi im trying to make my meetings appear on my clients calendars after they book meetings with me

Hi @Absolute0,

What exactly isn’t working? Can you provide a bit more detail and ideally share a screenshot?

Best regards

The people that book me for meetings, can’t see the event on their calendar

Hi @Absolute0

The recipient will receive an email inviting them to the meeting, sometimes these go in the Promotions or Junk Folders so they should check there first.

If they are not there and they’re working for a company, their IT team might be blocking the HubSpot Meeting emails being sent through.

Let me know how you get on!

but how will they get the meeting added to their calendar

@Absolute0 HubSpot automatically sends an email with an attached calendar invitation when a meeting is booked. If the person has linked a calendar to their email account (as is usual for Google Suite and Microsoft Office), it would show up as an invitation directly in their calendar. It’s as if you sent them a calendar invitation directly - which of course requires you to have set up your meeting link correctly: Create scheduling pages with the meetings tool

As @karstenkoehler mentioned in his reply they will automatically receive an email with a calendar invitation and show up in their calendar waiting for them to accept. Sometimes the email invitations don’t go directly into the Inbox and end up in Spam folders or the Social/Promotions tab if using Gmail.
