I am working with a team that doesnt have the technical abilities to use hubspot, nor do we really want them to. We do, however, want to set up a calendar for each of our employees. Is there a way to get calendars for 100 individuals without paying for individual hubspot accounts?

We just dont want to pay for hundreds of seats if we are only using the calendar function for them. We essentially want calendly (which is free) but connected to hubspot so that we can keep the information in our CRM.

The other alternative top of mind is to use Calendly and create a Zapier automation. Would love to hear your thoughts

Hi @bernstar ,

Every user in HubSpot, including those without seats, get one meeting scheduling page.

You will just need the users to accept their invitation to HubSpot and connect their calendars. By then going to Sales \> Meetings users will be able to view their meeting scheduling pages.

You can read more about the meeting scheduling tool [here](https://www.hubspot.com/products/sales/schedule-meeting?hubs_content=knowledge.hubspot.com%2Fmeetings-tool%2Fcreate-and-edit-scheduling-pages&hubs_content-cta=create%2Fone-on-one%2Fscheduling%2Fpages).

Hope this helps,

HI Louise,

i just want to confirm that every user does not get a meeting scheduling page, unless they have a sales seat.

Hi Louise,

Some of our users accepted the invitation, but they’re unable to connect to the calendar due to the error: ‘Sorry, there was an issue connecting to your account. Please try again or contact support.’

What could be causing this issue, and how can we fix it?"
Please help! Thank you!

I am having this same issue, which is very disappointing. Were you ever able to figure this out?

Hey @bernstar

so even free users get to have a meetings link (at least until today)

Here is more info

> Set up a meeting with a contact in the record.
