I have a Custom Property called “Cycle Time” , here I have to record the time between the deal created to the deal has attained “Contract Won/ Contract Lost” Deal Stage. What is the exact formula for this case. A single formula to record cycle time in a single Custom Property called “Cycle Time” for both contract won deals & contract lost deals.

I used “IF(Deal Stage = “Closed Won”, DATEDIFF(Close Date, Create Date, ‘days’),
IF(Deal Stage = “Closed Lost”, DATEDIFF(Lost Date, Create Date, ‘days’), NULL))”

& found formula error. Can anyone provide the exact formula for the above.

Hi @mariselvi,

Is there a reason that you’re not simply using a “time between” calculation method?

Alternatively, there’s also this out-of-the-box deal property:

**Days to close:** the time between _Create date_ and _Close date_. This can be used as a filter when building a custom single object report.

Best regards
