Calculated Properties

Hi, I am looking at building 4 properties on a companies record

1. Contract End Date - Product X (Date Property)

2. Contract End Date - Product Y (Date Property)

then below properties which should automatically gets updated based on the above 2 properties

3. Contract End Date - Next Upcoming Date (Date Property) - this one needs to get automatically updated to show either the Product X end date or Product Y end date, whichever is sooner

4. Contract End Date - Next Upcoming Type (Select Product X/Product Y)

Any idea on how to go about this? Thanks

@Bhumika_Bhatia I beleive we could update properties 2 and 3 using a workflow.
You could use an IF/THEN branch. If 1. Contract End Date - Product X (Date Property) is AFTER 2. Contract End Date - Product Y (Date Property) then copy

Contract End Date - Product Y (Date Property) to Contract End Date - Next Upcoming Date (Date Property) … and vis versa.
