Calculate the number of deals that have a certain property inside a company record

Hey,

There’s probably a easy solution but i can’t find a way to do that with workflow.

Inside my deals i created a yes/no property. let’s call this property X

If my company has several deals, i want to know the number of deals that have the value “yes” for the property X

When i create a deal-based workflow the option “increase or decrease value property” is only available for deals, not for the company record.

Any ideas ?

If you have access to workflows, you should also have access to calculation properties which we can use here.

You’d create a company-based calculation property which looks like this:
