We have a large userbase, and my customer success team is hitting limits with how many of those existing users they are able to contact with product updates. We add new investment opportunities to our platform almost weekly, and we have now reached a point where each member of that team has more than 1000 clients who have requested to be notified when those new products become available. Because of the hard-coded limit of 1000 sequenced emails per day, we’ve hit a bottleneck in our ability to market new products to existing users who have essentially opted in to receiving updates. These communications are also not a good fit for marketing emails because two-way communications about these products is a reqirement for our team members to receive commission.
My request is that there is an override to the 1000 sequenced emails per day limit for certain contacts, most certainly for existing clients. I understand that this limitation is likely a safety feature to prevent issues with Gmail, given stricter bulk email requirements this year, but given that we are actively in communication with these clients and that these are not cold emails, the likelihood that these bulk emails are unwelcome is near zero.
