We want to make sure everyone who’s planning to attend UNBOUND 2026 actually gets through the door, so if you’re considering buying or selling a ticket outside of official channels, here’s what you need to know.
HubSpot does not promote or facilitate ticket reselling. Any transfer or exchange that happens outside of our official process is entirely at the buyer’s and seller’s own risk — HubSpot is not responsible for transactions that occur in this community.
If you do transfer a ticket, use the official process. Transfers are permitted through the official transfer process or by emailing unbound@events.hubspot.com — the deadline to do so is September 11th. Once complete, both parties will receive a confirmation email.
A few things buyers should know before sending money:
Get the transfer done first. Don’t pay until the transfer is fully completed in your name. If you’re unsure whether a ticket is valid, email unbound@events.hubspot.com to verify before paying anything.
Your ID must match your badge. A government-issued ID is required at check-in — no exceptions.
UNBOUND is digital only. There are no physical tickets. Printed tickets will not be accepted.
Session registration matters. GA session registration opens September 1. Transfers completed after that date may not guarantee availability in limited-capacity sessions.
Complimentary ticket holders: selling your ticket for monetary gain is not permitted. Any free ticket found to be sold will be cancelled immediately.

Very useful reminder, especially with UNBOUND getting closer. The key takeaway for attendees is simple: complete the official transfer process before sending any payment and make sure the ticket is transferred into your name. Better to verify first than risk losing access at the door.
Keep in mind that all tickets are 'Use it or lose it." I had a INBOUND ticket for 2025, didn’t get to attend because of a “business priority shift”, and there went my VIP ticket to the San Fran INBOUND. So keep in mind if you have one, can’t attend, transfer it to someone who will use it.
Long shot, but throwing it out there: does anyone have an UNBOUND ticket they can’t use? I’ve been on HubSpot about two months and I think this conference would be hugely helpful for someone at my stage. Truthfully, I’ve been learning by making mistakes, and what I really want out of UNBOUND is a network of experienced people I can learn from. I completely agree! Security comes first. With events as big as UNBOUND 2026, resellers and scams are everywhere.
