Buyer Intent Review Tracker

  • Feature wanted: A “Reviewed” or “Seen” marker on companies in Buyer Intent, without requiring them to be added to the CRM.
  • Use case: When researching/looking up companies in Buyer Intent, I want to mark a company as reviewed so I know I’ve already looked it up — without consuming credits or creating a CRM record. This lets me work through the list systematically without losing track of where I am.
  • Current limitation: The only available actions on a company in Buyer Intent are “Add to CRM” (I do not want to have irrelevant companies in the CRM) or “Add to exclusions” (hides them permanently). There is no lightweight way to flag a company as seen or reviewed while keeping it visible in the list.
  • Business impact: Without this, it’s easy to accidentally re-review the same companies or lose track of progress when working through a large Buyer Intent list. This slows down the prospecting workflow and increases the risk of overlooking high-intent accounts.
  • Nice-to-have details: Ideally a simple toggle, tag, or status indicator (e.g. “Reviewed”, “In progress”, “Not relevant”) that is visible in the company list view and can be filtered on — similar to how email clients mark messages as read/unread. This should not consume credits or create a CRM record.
