Hi all,

Is there a way to group research topics together. I have lots of variations, and instead of people trying to decypher between the different intent topics - I want to group them together.

HubSpot’s Buyer Intent feature doesn’t have a native way to group research intent topics together. However, you can create a workaround to organize those topic variations for easier management.

To work around this, you could use custom properties to create grouped categories for your intent topics. You can set up a dropdown or multiple checkbox property with broader categories (like “AI Technology,” “Marketing Tools,” etc.) and then use workflows to automatically categorize companies based on their specific intent topics.
