In Buyer Intent, I am trying to filter by an existing segment. But when I try to do this I only have one segment showing and available to select.
Why are my other segments not visible? How to do I select the segment I am interested in? I can see anyway to make my segements appear in the picklist.

I’m reading through our knowledge base article on How to Use Buyer Intent Data to Identify Companies Ready to Buy, and there are a couple of points I’d like to highlight:
-As noted here, “to access buyer intent features like filtering by segments and excluding companies, you need HubSpot Credits. However, these features do not consume credits. The only feature that costs credits is adding new companies from buyer intent to your CRM.”
-As noted here, “this filter will only work if you’ve chosen All companies or Companies in my CRM in the HubSpot CRM filter. If you’ve selected the Companies not in my CRM option, the Filter by segment option will not be available.”
Can you please confirm that your current setup meets both these criteria?

Thanks for the response.
I have HubSpot Credits and I have chosen All Companies. I tried switchiing to Companies in My CRM but it didn’t make a difference. When I try to filter by segment I can’t as only one segement shows in the drop down.
