Business Units on invoices

Allow for the selection of business unit brands to be reflected on invoices.

Currently, the primary brand is the only brand that shows up on an invoice, and it cannot be changed.

We need this also. Without stuff like this, it makes the business unit cost hard to justify. If I’m going to market under separate brands, I’m going to also invoice under separate brands.

We are Sales Enterprise and Service Professional users, and we need the following functionality for a total of three companies within our corporate group:

Requirements:
a.) Each company should be able to issue invoices, both recurring and one-time.

b.) Each company requires its own invoicing number sequence.

c.) Each company needs its own separate integration with Stripe.

d.) Stripe subscriptions must be carried over. Currently, we do not have the option to use SEPA as a recurring payment method, but this is essential—otherwise, customers would have to reauthorize every invoice, making the entire invoicing tool unusable for us.

e.) We need predefined templates where we can set up offers/invoices in advance, containing approximately 30 products. Manually adding these products each time is not feasible, meaning the invoicing tool, in its current state, is not usable for us. Fixed templates with predefined text lines and product line items must be available.

Hello! I’m happy to share that we have been working on supporting Brands/Business Units in Payment Links, Invoices, and Subscriptions. Private beta will begin next week, and we’d love for you to join. We will follow up with a link to the private beta announcement.

Sounds great, happy to see what exactly a-e will be inside of beta. kr David
