On iPhone 10 when i use card scanner, it crashes the Hubspot app.
I have re isntalled the app. I have logged out and logged in. It does not fix this.
It used to work several months ago.
Anyone else have same problem?

This might happen because of many reasons but one of the main reasons can be the latest version of IOS. Ensure your iPhone is running on the latest version of iOS which 16.3 if update is available plz update your iphone. Then go to Settings > General > iPhone Storage and find the Hubspot app. Then, tap on the app and select “Offload App” to clear its cache.

Yeah, in 2024 the mobile app scanned 95% of the business cards, now in 2025 it scans 5%. HubSpot changed something so now the app is fairly useless.

Thanks for responding Himanshu. The latest iOS is actually 16.3.1 and I had that installed. I tried the Offload App option but that didi not work. I have also deleted the app and reinstalled it. The scan card facility still not working. It recognises a card, the capture button goes red, but the button does not work (camera access is turned on). Have you tried it yourself recently? It use to work for me. It is a real pity as this is a very useful function for the app. Let me know if you have any other options to try. Much appreciated. Cheers
Mine still wont work either. It scans the card perfectly and captures the information, but it won’t load it into contacts.
