Business card scanner app is used mostly at events or meetings.
Workflows can only be created from the contact creation date.
If sales personnel attend more than one event and scans all business cards on one day, no way to differentiate between which event attended.
This has an impact on personalising workflows and should be a primary field within the card scanner app.
Please can this be implemented, as most people use the card scanner at events, therefore it would be helpful to be able to append an event to a contact without putting them through a workflow to append.
The workarounds are not good enough as critical information has to be replaced in order to capture the event attended information.
By adding an event capture feature, it will offer HubSpot a competitive advantage to other ’ business card scanner’ apps in market that have this feature as standard.
