In the contact records, there is an standard email field where two or more email addresses have been added. We want to remove the additional email addresses. However, the issue is that we have over 100 records with multiple email addresses. We need assistance in removing those additional email addresses in bulk.

As far as I know this is currently not possible via the user interface, in bulk, see also here: https://community.hubspot.com/t5/CRM/Secondary-email-removal/m-p/657395/highlight/true#M134539
Currently, you would have to do this manually. Going forward, you could submit a request to the product team in the HubSpot Ideas section of the Community.

Additionally, we would like to explore another approach:
We would also like to explore whether it is possible to split the contact records that have multiple email addresses, creating separate records for each email address.
@GMaheshwari when you export contacts from the contacts index page, you can exclude additional email addresses in the export file. You could then clean up the file so that each email address has a separate row, then delete all additional email addresses from contact records in HubSpot, then import the file so that HubSpot creates separate contact records.
