Bulk merge contacts with the same company

Hi all!

We’ve created a list with this filters:

  • Associated contacts >1
  • Associated deals is unknown (or 0 is the same?)

Now we need to merge (in bulk) this contacts linked in these companies.

Is it possible? Because I have something like 5k companies (~10k contacts) and is crazy to do that manually :joy:

Hi @MarcoPericci,

Out of the box, HubSpot does not have any features for this. If you have a developer, this is possible via the very well documented HubSpot API. Alternatively, you could use third-party solutions like Insycle for this, which offer bulk data cleansing features.
