Agreed - this was brought up 3 years ago, and still nothing. This is the most frustrating thing ever.
A workaround for this would be to create a workflow that would enroll the members of the pre-created list into a sequence.
I’d like to add my support to this request too.
We often will want to communicate with a large number of users with the follow up capabilities of a sequence, and so would like the ability to enroll any number of people to a sequence and allow the system to drip feed them into the process.
Like others have mentioned, we use Mailshake / Woodpecker / others to do this outside of Hubspot and they allow bulk enrollement which run through x emails per day as configured.
I agree as well!
Surprised there isn’t more clamor for this enhancement. I get not allowing unlimited, but 50 is just too low.
Upvoting for a customer.
It’s confusing that we can make changes to a sequence but these changes will only be made for newly enrolled contacts.
If you have a lot of contacts in your sequence and you can only bulk re-enroll 50 contacts at a time this is requires a big amount of work.
For those wondering, the limit is almost certainly due to the fact that they want you to use Workflows to add people to Sequences in bulk. And of course that feature isn’t available until Sales Enterprise.
In that case you could build a list based on who you want to select (an active list will allow you to create filters to select your contacts and you can convert it to a static list later if you would like), then create a workflow with that list as the trigger, then enroll them into your sequence.
Although I don’t have enterprise in order to enroll people into sequences, my organization does also have Marketing hub, so I got around this by using the workflow to mark people as “marketing contacts” and sending them marketing emails via the workflow. Note that this will be limited by how many marketing contacts and emails your plan allows.
The first comment to this idea comes from a Hubspot employee (three years ago), it starts “I completely agree with you here, this is something that other HubSpot users have requested quite a bit,…” I was a bit shocked to find this has not been implemented.
So Hubspot team, when can we expect this feature to be implemented? this has also been upvoted 90 times.
I look forward to an update on this, we also would like to use this feature more efficiently.
C’mon, increase the amount already. What are you waiting for???
Agree as well - it would be great to have the possibility of enrolling more than 50 at once.
If I understand the limits correctly, the sequences daily send limit is up to 500 email sends/user/day and users with bulk enroll sequences permissions can enroll up to 50 contacts in a sequence at once. At least let us enroll up to 500 contacts in a sequence at once. It’s painful making the sales reps go page by page enrolling 50 at a time.
100% this needs to be higher. Even just 100 at a time would make this a more reasonable task. No one in commercial functions launches sequences for less than 50 leads at a time. With 50 leads at a time we are nowhere near the limit imposed by the email providers, so that justification does not really hold.
I agree! The maximum should be increased. Doing it by hand in groups of 50 is time consuming and leaves room for error.
50 is way too low for organizations trying to reach certain segments with a certain message. This should be 300 or 500 at once in my opinion.
Up to 500 contacts would be ideal!
Please increase the limit. It’s otherwise a lot of manual work and error-prone
I’m willing to settle for 51 at this point. ![]()
Hoping HubSpot can provide any updates? This would be a very helpful feature for our sales team. Scheduling 50 emails at a time is extremely tedious and I don’t want our team to be more efficient.
Being able to enroll more than 25 contacts into a sequence at a time for SalesPro (and 50 at a time for Enterprise) is a MUST have in order for your outbound tool to deliver the expected experience for sales/marketing users. Every other outbound tool has this functionality. Can we escalate this to the Hubspot C-Suite? This is super important, and this request/complaint exist in many Hubspot threads. Please make this a priority for Q4 2024.
It looks like we are still stucked with the limit of enrolling 50 contacts at one time…this is too low. Why should there be a limit?
I am currently overcoming this issue but creating multiple sequences of the same steps/messages, each sequence for 50 users…
