Bulk Deleting Contacts from a Custom Report

Hello - I need to delete several contacts I’ve identified from a custom report. Is this possible? Otherwise, can you convert a custom report into a list in order to delete these contacts?

Hi @BNason,

When it comes to managing records, HubSpot reports are view only. It’s not possible to delete or edit records straight from HubSpot reports.

Depending on how you set the report up, you might be able to click into the chart or table and click through to the record – allowing you to delete records one by one.

If you want to bulk delete, you would have to figure out a way to recreate the report as a list. This typically shouldn’t too big of an issue as you can replicate the list criteria from report filters and visualized fields.

If you’re getting stuck at any point, feel free to share a screenshot of your report criteria and more context about which contacts exactly you’d like to delete.

Best regards!
