We have discovered some off and unused workflows that need to be deleted but are associated with other workflows or lists that are also unused. Some have many, many associations or relations with lists or other workflows, which in turn have more relations. This web of workflows, lists, and forms is impossible to untangle. I understand these deletion limitations are there to stop the deletion of data, but we should be able to accept these risks and delete anyway.
