It seems the function to bulk delete has been added. But there is still the need to bulk edit emails already in spam to change other ticket fields.
+1 for a bulk spam action
I know you can delete emails in bulk, but my team sees a lot of spam that needs to be marked as spam before being deleted. It would make a huge difference to be able to mark emails as spam in bulk instead of having to do that individually for each email
