# Bulk Activities Deletion

How can we bulk delete emails that have been adding in the activities since we have a 2-year retention on email and I need this to also be in the same retetntion schedule. I do not see a way to bulk remove emails in the activities that are older than…

Hey @kfavaloro - thanks for posting in the Community!  
I’ve been digging a bit to see what may be possible, and I came across [this Community thread](https://community.hubspot.com/t5/HubSpot-Ideas/Bulk-Delete-Emails-logged/idi-p/396515/page/4#comments) where another user requested the ability to bulk delete emails logged to the CRM. It looks like currently, the closest functionality we have to this was recently delivered. You can find it here:

Hi @kfavaloro,

This can be done from the email index page.

1. Navigate to Menu \> CRM \> Contacts
2. Using the dropdown in the top left corner, switch from “Contacts” to “Emails”

1. On the email index page, follow these steps to bulk select and delete: [Delete CRM records](https://knowledge.hubspot.com/records/delete-crm-records#perform-a-restorable-delete-from-the-object-index-page)

Greetings @kfavaloro,

You can achieve this by following:

CRM \> Contacts \> Emails

Then:

Advance Filter \> Activity Date \> is More Than \> ~730 day ago \> Select the EMails \> Delete.
