I’m working to build a funnel report that will track conversions from a specific service line. The issue is that within HubSpot we use a different property other than Lifecycle Stage to track when someone is a lead/customer/cancelled (this is because this is a separate service line from our main offerings).
I wanted to build a funnel report but noticed I’m not able to use the specific property as a filter and for different stages. It only allows me to pick event driven properties - is there a way to workout this?
I was thinking maybe because this property is set as SLT maybe it could work by changing it to a drop down but also not sure if that would also affect reporting since we’ve been collecting this data from some time now and would want to track the historical data.
