Hello everyone, My name is Kyle and I am excited to collaborate with you all. Just as a brief introduction, I am currently working as a marketing manager for an auto glass and tinting company. We earned abut 3.2 mil this last year. I am actively working to increase our digital presence as well as create the best buying journey for our customers. I just started a email subscriber list where I offer discounts, post newsletters, and company updates. Its been almost 2 months and I have earned 35 active subscribers. I was wondering if anyone has ideas on how to generate more subscribers. Currently I have a pop-up form on website and advertise it via our instagram stories. Any other methods I should try?

You might try a re-engagement campaign with your existing customers to see if any would like to opt-in to your new marketing subscription - this could be executed a few different ways (email, paid ads, social ads, etc.) depending on the lifecycle of your existing customers and their current subscription settings.
Online communities are a great way to grow your audience, I would think about places online that are geographically relevant to your location and topics that overlap your ideal customer profile. Actively participating in those communities is a great way to raise awareness for your services, which in turn leads to more website visits, and potentially more sign ups. You could even create a dedicated landing page to use as your profile URL to direct people from those communities to sign up.
