We often create workflows with the same trigger types, delays, branches, actions & overall journey for different claims as a law firm.
Of course we can clone workflows, but while the same journey, each workflow will have it’s on unique charateristics in terms of emails, properties & form submissions.
I think it could be a good idea, as well as the exisiting templates, if users could build their own workflow templates to pull from as a much quicker design solution. We could even then share these workflow templates to the HubSpot community to help leverage ideas of processes from other for our own use-cases.
