I am looking to build an integration with the conversations inbox for an SMS product that we use. Is there an API available for this? I would need to process messages sent from the HubSpot user and send this to the contact and process messages from the contact back to the same conversation ---

Hello @mitchell-hudson, investigating more about it, previously HubSpot [conversations inbox](https://knowledge.hubspot.com/conversations/use-the-conversations-inbox?_ga=2.143315893.165319050.1645193239-1423838524.1645193239) was not accessible via API. But the good news is there is a current BETA version for conversations API ( [More information here](https://community.hubspot.com/t5/HubSpot-Ideas/Create-Conversations-Chat-API/idi-p/175514)). These APIs are currently in private beta.
