Build a workflow that removes a prospect soon as they become a customer

How do I accomplish that without having an if/then/condition prior to each step?

Scneario:

  1. Someone fills out a form to get a lead magnet
  2. Drip campaign starts to promote product
  3. customer buys the product - lead status changes, a tag is added
  4. Does workflow enrollment continue with promoting the product?
    i’d like to remove them from the workflow when they convert without having to check if they have that tag/lead status before each step of the workflow.

That’s what workflow goals are for: Use goals in contact-based workflows

Specify the purchase or customer status as a workflow goal and contacts will be removed immediately upon meeting this filter criterion.
