In the form editor, under On submission → Redirect → Specific URL, pasting a URL that includes https:// triggers an error saying I must refresh because I’m already editing the form in another window.

Expected: Accept the full URL or show a URL-format validation message.

Actual: An editing-conflict error appears instead.

Hi! This is definitley strange behaviour.

A few things to try to narrow it down:

1. Close any other tabs with the form open, and check that no colleague has it open. Then do a hard refresh (Cmd/Ctrl + Shift + R).
2. Try a private window with extensions off. Ad blockers and privacy extensions sometimes block the save request when it contains a full URL, which can surface as this error.
3. Try another browser or network. A corporate firewall or VPN can do the same thing.
4. Type the URL instead of pasting it, or paste it without the https:// first and add it afterwards. This tells you whether the paste itself is the trigger.

If it still happens in a clean private window, it’s worth reporting to HubSpot Support. Include:

- the form ID
- the exact steps to reproduce it
- a screen recording
- any errors in the browser console (F12 \> Console) or the failed request in the Network tab

Sorry I didn’t have a more solid answer for you here but I unfortunately wasn’t able to recreate the issue on my end!
