# Bug keeping me from completing exercise

I am currently completing the Hubspot Sales Software certification.  
In section 3 (connecting with customers), the practical exercise is to send an email using a sales template.  
However, the link to that exercise brings me to a 404 page. The message is:

#### All who wander are not lost.

But that page is nowhere to be found.

With the picture of a lost map  
AS it is mandatory, this sole exercise is keeping me from completing my course and getting my certification. I am asking for help from the course moderators to be able to fix it. Thank you.

Hey @LWitvoet - thanks for posting in the Community!  
I’ve been able to replicate the issue in my own portal, so I’m going to tag in our Academy expert, @APernell to see if the team is aware of this issue.  
@APernell - here is a screenshot of what I see when I click “Start Exercise” in the Practical Exercise of the ‘Connecting with Customers’ section:

Is this a known issue?
