I’ve been a Scrum Master / Agile Coach / Lean Specialist for several years and have used Jira and Trello for all my projects. I always assumed that Hubspot was a big player along with these other tools. Today is my first day digging into HubSpot, and I’m utterly shocked and incredulous that I can’t make a basic Kanban board showing what my team is working on. This is a 20 Billion dollar company. Visualizing the work-in-progress of a team is step zero in measuring and optimizing its flow. This is the most basic stuff. What’s the deal?
