This new switch to forcing the client to delete the “www.” and everything after the “.com”, which stops hubspot from recognizing the company might be the worst decision this company has made. It takes 10x longer to input companies, since none of the demographics on the companies populate anymore. This makes it utterly unbarable to entire a massive amount of companies at a time, which is the role I have in my company. It’s becomming better just to keep this in excel rather than use Hubspot at all.
I agree! We need a way for Hubspot to also allow for for the creation of companies that use forward-slashes after .com. Example:
I can’t create the specific locations even though they are all separate company entities and have their own contacts, and potentially all will have their own Deals.
