Problem: Hubspot removed the ability to paginate through multiple pages in the list view in favor of being able to “preview” the list faster. To be honest, I thought it was a bug! See the image if you are unfamiliar.
This is a net negative in user experience. When there are thousands of contacts/companies in a list, it is unreasonable to skip through the list one page at a time.
Ask: Bring back pagination. Maybe there’s a compromise of having 5 pages vs the old 10 pages, but only being able to click page by page is aggressively user-unfriendly.
Additionally
- Allow for the ability to default to a larger number of results. I have over 700K contacts in my Hubspot, 25 result lists isn’t gonna cut it. I used to have 100 as the default an whatever update you guys pushed out changed that function, along with the pagination and it’s so much worse than it was before.
- Allow for an “enter” function in the “search” bar in a list instead of auto-updating. For those of us who do occasionally miss-type things, the current auto update that takes place when I pause typing is aggressively user-unfriendly and it makes me have to input the same thing multiple times if I don’t type exactly what I’m looking for.
