I was shocked to see that Hubspot removed the ability to delete a company or contact on a mobile device. We use this regularly to get rid of junk leads. Also many of our sales reps are mobile only / mobile first. Meaning they rarely use a computer.
Without the delete option for junk leads, it would create a data sanitization issue and it’s clear that Hubspot product teams did not consider this.
+1 on this! This is a crucial feature that was removed without notice and is a huge miss especially for teams operating on the go on mobile as shared in the original post on this thread.
It would be very useful to get this back!
Hi @tribuseric and @DarylWui! In the latest version of iOS app, the Delete button is in Edit all properties screen. So, for example, from a Contact Record screen, you move to About tab → scroll to the bottom and tap on View all properties → on a new properties screen, tap on Edit button at the top right corner → You should see the Edit all properties screen with Delete button at the bottom.
But the product team is aware of the feedback and is looking into adding more visibility to this option early next year hopefully!
Just wanted to make sure you saw that update!
