The new update is horrible. It removed call recordings from appearing in the Calls and messaging claims everything lives in the Meetings tab now. The messaging also claims call recordings live in the Contacts now, which they dont. you can no longer access call recordings, period. Despite what the misleading messaging says. I have had two reps confirm this. Bring back the Calls, it was a quick easy was to look at all call recordings and query the transcripts if needed. And please stop gaslighting us to think they exist somewhere else, they dont.
Hi @user205 !
The update definitely should not have relocated your existing call activity logs. My first thought is some kind of filter limiting what you see, or perhaps there is something within your Permission set that is stopping you from viewing any Call Data. I’d start with checking those two items, but if that is not the cause, I would check the following below:
From any Object Home screen if you click the Object name dropdown and search for “Calls”, are your previously logged calls showing accurately in their Object home screen? If so, when you click into them to open, are the recordings still present?
If calls are present: any recordings and transcripts should live within these records.
If no calls showing: take a screenshot of the entire screen and share it with me, we’ll keep troubleshooting
Another place to check: From any Company/Contact record that previously had a call showing - in the center section under the Activity Tab, if you navigate to either the Call sub tab or All Activities, are the calls still there or have they moved? If they previously existed and are now gone, can you send a screenshot of what you are seeing?
Let me know what you are seeing on your end, and provide screenshots if you’re able, and we’ll see if we can’t figure out what is going on!

I am seeing this on my end. However, nothing from September 1 forward. I was told by 2 people at HubSpot that this is due to the change.
