I’d really like to use the Breeze Customer Agent on our external website. However, in order to do so I need more options to modify the replies to specific queries. For example when someone wants to ‘book a demo’ I should be able to customize the response to direct to our demo landing page, or ideally train the AI to route to a demo booking flow. Currently it has all of our website information (via HubSpot CMS) but not the means to connect the dots and make it useful!
