Branch criteria and pathway

Hi there,

If I create 5 branches in the workflow, will the contact go down the first one that it meets that criteria even though it might meet two branches criteria.
I have been using the test function which looks to prove the above where the test contact keeps going down the first branch criteria that it comes across

Hi @liamkelman,

Correct, HubSpot reads these branches from left to right. The record will go down the first branch where it meets the branch criteria.
