# Bouncebacks to Email Address

My clients are getting email bouncebacks to my email address, and my email hosting company has sent me this to do - I don’t know how:  
Thank you for your time on the phone today, the Level 2 Tech Support team has suggested adding “[graeme@visualtargets.com.au](mailto:graeme@visualtargets.com.au)” on a “allowlist” with [visualtargets.hubspot-inbox.com](http://visualtargets.hubspot-inbox.com)  
I currently have it setup to forward my emails from cPanel to a hubspot-inbox - it has been working for the last 2 years + and now this has happened apparently - can someone please help me with this, it’s my main business email address?
