At Dtch. Digitals, we’re expanding our MarTech team and looking for an on-site HubSpot consultant to join our team at our headquarters in Borne, the Netherlands.
Who is Dtch. Digitals?
We’re one of the early HubSpot Partners in the Netherlands (certified Gold Partner) and a full-service AI first digital agency. We bridge the gap between digital marketing (SEO, SEA, CRO, content) and MarTech implementation. Our culture? Down-to-earth (“nuchter”), driven by real results, with a strong focus on team growth and working together in person.
Location and working setup

Office base: Borne, Netherlands (On-site role – we believe the best agency collaboration happens together in the office, with room for flexible work options once onboarded).

Hours: 32 - 40 hours per week.

Language: Professional Dutch (our customers are Dutch).
What your days will actually look like

You’ll sit down with B2B clients to translate business goals into clean HubSpot setups (Marketing, Sales, Service, and Operations Hub).

From advanced workflows and deal pipeline structures to custom reporting and API/tool integrations.

You’ll train client teams to actually love using HubSpot, ensuring adoption stays high long after onboarding.

You’ll team up closely with our in-house specialists (developers, SEO experts, data strategists) directly in Borne.
What we’re looking for

Hands-on experience configuring Marketing Hub & Sales Hub (Operations/Service Hub or CMS knowledge is a huge plus).

You know how to manage multiple client portals, balance priorities, and give clear, strategic advice.

You see CRM setups as a system, not just a set of forms and bulk emails.

Able to commute comfortably to our office in Borne.
