Thank you so much for the clarification! In order to lead all traffics from your blog’s navigation bar to lead to https urls opposed to http urls, you just have to add it in your website navigation settings. This can be accessed by going into your Settings > Website > Navigation. Your 2017 header site map navigation items are all linked to http urls, just need to change them to https items and publish the navigation setting!
