We built a private marketplace-distribution app for our own customer install. When we try to install it we get “The app could not be installed because the app developer has not signed the acceptable use policy.”
We can’t find a page to sign it. The old App listings path under Developer overview doesn’t exist for us anymore since the account migration. The Marketplace listing flow requires three active unique installs before we can even start a listing, but we can’t get any installs because every install attempt hits this same AUP block.
Other threads here describe the same loop with no resolution.
Is there a way to get the AUP signed on a developer account directly, without going through the Marketplace listing flow? Or can support clear this manually on our account?
