Is there any way to block sales teams from using the Quotes module? We currently have another process for that and I don’t want to create confusion.
It doesn’t seem to be able to change in permissions settings.

Thank you for reaching out!
At the moment there isn’t a way to “block the access” to this functionality as it’s included on the Sales seat- However, if you have a Sales enterprise you could set up approve quotes before the quote is sent to a prospect.
I’m curious to know what our experts think about this.

Like you said currently we can not block access to quotes because there is no separate permission setting for quotes. So in this case, if you want to make sure that no one can use this quote feature for deals so you can set the approver of the quote. As a result, without approval, the quote will not be sent to the prospect don’t forget to put your name in the quote approver.
