I am a HubSpotter submitting this on behalf of a customer. We are looking for the ability to blocklist a domain from contact creation across a range of tools (Email logging, forms, non-HS forms). Currently it is possible to block certain domains from filling forms, but there is no option to prevent submitted forms create contacts if they submit from a certain domain.
For instance, this could be used on internal forms to gather data and feedback from a team without wanting to create contact records for each submission. This could also apply as a fallback to the Never Log settings.
YES this NEEDS to happen. We are forever deleting our staff as contacts. We would also LOVE for cc’d contacts to not auto create contacts in Hubspot. Just clutters the system with contact names we can’t use!
For our website we require users to submit a sign in or login in form in order to download our product datasheet. Also website admins must login to access the back end of our website. Everytime our internal employees or our website admins login, a contact gets created in hubspot which is very frustrating. Is there anyway we could allow those form submissions to be submitted but prevent their contacts from being created in hubspot?
I am having the same issue. My colleagues are being made contacts and I would love to be able to block them from being added and other domains ie. Amazon order emails from being added. If this is not an option, I will be constantly cleaning this up every morning.
