I would like to set up birthday notification reminders for every day of the week except Saturday. I have already created a workflow for this purpose. However, if I activate the workflow for Sunday through Friday, it will not enroll contacts with Saturday birthdays. My goal is to ensure that the workflow includes contacts with Saturday birthdays but sends the notification the day before, specifically on Friday.

If you want to not deliver emails on weekends but still enroll weekend birthdays, you would not set up workflow working hours. Instead, after enrollment into the workflow, use a delay until a weekday and only specify Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday. Contacts entering on those days will proceed immediately, contacts entering on Saturday and Friday will be delayed until Monday.

I am having an issue with sending a birthday wish for Saturday. I would like to send the birthday message on Friday as an advance birthday wish.
@PSingh86 this would require, as far as I know, Operations Hub Professional or Enterprise, the help of a developer and a custom code workflow action.
