Big things are coming to the HubSpot Community 🎉

Hi everyone, we have some exciting news!

We’ve been busy behind the scenes and can finally share that the HubSpot Community is getting a faster, cleaner, and more modern home.

The Community will continue to operate just as you know it: a space where you can rapidly get insights from experts, solve problems, share ideas, or simply learn something new.

Our target launch is mid June 2026. Subscribe to this post to learn about future updates and keep an eye on our in-community banner as we get closer!

A few things to know

A short read-only window

There’ll be a couple of days before launch when the Community is in read-only mode: you’ll still be able to search and read Community content, you just won’t be able to post, reply, or access your Community account during that window.

We will set the Community to read-only mode on June 9 at 5 PM Pacific Time, through June 15, 2026. There may be a few hours on June 15 when the forums are fully offline before we go live on the new Community.

If you need help during that time, our other support options are fully available:

For Community-specific support, use the following options:

  • :police_car_light: Urgent Support: For time-sensitive, emergency issues regarding product functionality, forum access, or critical program support, please use this **Temporary Community Support Form **to reach the Community team. You can also email us at community@hubspot.com.
  • Non-Urgent Requests & Feedback: For general Community platform feedback, non-urgent reports or routine requests, please use our standard Community Form.
A quick refresh of inactive accounts

If you haven’t logged in within the past 12+ months and don’t have any content (no posts, replies, or ideas), your account won’t be moved over. You can always create a fresh one any time you’d like to come back.

If you’ve contributed content, you’re coming with us, no action needed! Please note that we will not be moving private messages, so we recommend saving any direct messages you wish to keep separately.

Your data

A bit of formal-sounding (but important) info: as part of this transition, your Community profile, posts, replies, ideas, and other contributions will move to the new Community home. Your information will be transferred through a secure process, and you can continue using HubSpot single sign-on (SSO) to login. Please visit the HubSpot Website Terms of Use and the HubSpot Privacy Policy for more information about data processing.

If you’d prefer not to have your account moved over, you can opt out using this form: Community transition opt-out form > select “Community Migration”. Please submit your request by May 20 so we have time to process it.

What’s getting better—a sneak peek

Read any post in your language, automatically

Posts will now be auto-translated, so you can browse and contribute across the global Community.

Our regional spaces (Spanish, Portuguese, French, Japanese, and German) are being streamlined into dedicated categories, and will continue to provide news and discussions tailored to your specific region.

A refreshed badge system & clearer member authority

Badges will recognize the actions that really count, and visual icons and titles next to usernames and on profile pages will make a member’s role, authority, and reputation easy to spot.

A faster, cleaner post editor

The new composer works great on mobile, with a minimal toolbar and full rich-formatting support.

Easier-to-follow conversations

Replies will appear chronologically, and a new timeline scroll bar on the right makes navigating long threads a breeze.

Want to respond to a specific point? The posts will have a handy quote function that lets you pull in the exact snippet you’re replying to, keeping the conversation clear and focused.

Tags front and center

Tags have a fresh new look and now live at the top of each post, so you can see what the topic is about at a glance.

A more focused HUG experience

We’re streamlining our HUG (HubSpot User Group) spaces on our new Events platform. Japan, Admin, and San Diego HUGs will continue to have a separate space here in the Community, but if you’re looking to connect with HubSpot users and attend events in your area or interest space, head over to the HubSpot Events.

Je suis trĂšs fier d’appartenir Ă  cette communautĂ© hubspot

Hi all, please note that we’ve added more precise timing for the read-only period before the migration. These are our current target dates:

"We are currently planning to set the Community to read-only mode at end of business on June 9 (Pacific Time), through June 15, 2026.

You’ll still be able to search and read Community content, you just won’t be able to post, reply, or access your Community account during that window.

There may be a few hours on June 15 when the forums are fully offline before we go live on the new Community."

Please also note that we will not be migrating private messages, so we recommend saving any direct messages you wish to keep separately before June 9.

Please continue following this post for any updates to the timeline.

Thank you,

Mia, Community team
