[Beta] Custom Behavioral Events in Lead Scoring

We used behavioral events (like a button click) within our primary lead scoring and would like to do the same with the new Custom Behavioral Events tool.

We would too.

In the previous lead scoring system, multiple clicks on the same CTA version were counted only once. However, the new feature scores each click individually, which can lead to inaccurate results in our case. To address this, each CTA would need to be categorized into separate groups, but this process is quite time-consuming. We had anticipated that the new feature would eliminate the need for individual CTA and link enumeration. On the other hand, there might be situations where counting double clicks multiple times could be beneficial. It would be ideal if there were settings allowing us to specify whether CTA clicks should be scored once or multiple times.

As a workaround for this, you can now use “List membership” as a scoring mechanism so you could add you behavioral events to a list and then score based on list membership
